Welcome to SocialConnecter ("SocialConnecter," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.socialconnecter.com and any related services, features, content, applications, or tools we provide (collectively, the "Services").

You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to submit the User Content and grant the rights described above.
You are solely responsible for your User Content.
5. Third-Party Services

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. SocialConnecter is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party services.
If you connect a third-party account to SocialConnecter, you authorize us to access information from that service only as permitted by your settings and the applicable authorization process.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services and their contents, including software, designs, logos, graphics, text, trademarks, and other materials provided by SocialConnecter, are owned by or licensed to SocialConnecter and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by us, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on our Services or materials.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
If SocialConnecter offers paid products or subscriptions, the applicable price and billing terms will be presented to you before you complete your purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled.
You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees.
Any cancellation, refund, or renewal terms presented at the time of purchase will apply to your transaction.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or other changes that temporarily affect availability.
9. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIALCONNECTER DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIALCONNECTER AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SOCIALCONNECTER FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SocialConnecter and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:
Your use or misuse of the Services;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your User Content; or
Your violation of another person's rights or applicable law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created a security risk, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or otherwise misused the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
